Effective, Saturday, October 1, 2011, the new ID VERIFICATION SHEET and ARREST & BOOKING SHEET will be mandatory at CMAG or the Adult Detention Center. Microsoft Word Templates have been created for these new forms as well as a CMAG Complaint and a CoSA Class "C" Complaint. The templates are available under the FORMS tab on the Web Portal and are also available within VisiNet Mobile. CMAG and the Adult Detention Center will no longer accept the old Booking Slip after these new forms become effective.
