The Precinct 2 Constable’s Office is dedicated to serving our community in a fair and impartial manner by working in partnership with our community. It is the goal of this office that all citizens of Bexar County are treated in a fair and impartial manner. We continually strive to provide professional service in response to citizen concerns and complaints. It is the mission of this office to execute all court orders, both civil and criminal, and to support the Justice of the Peace Court as it serves the citizens of Bexar County.

The Constable is the chief process server of the Justice Court, serving a variety of judicial processes and notices; He is often called upon to serve process for County and even District courts. He is responsible for the safekeeping of property seized under the authority of the Justice Court and exercises a wide range of criminal law enforcement authority including Traffic enforcement, Community Crime Prevention, Narcotics Investigations, K-9 Enforcement, and Investigation of all classes of crimes.
