COURT REGISTRY/COST
The Court Registry is responsible for overseeing all monies deposited in the registry of the courts. This includes monies deposited from lawsuits, cash bonds, cash bail bonds, and any other funds tendered to the clerk for deposit into the registry of the court.
The Cost Department is responsible for providing answers to inquires concerning court costs or filing fees, deposition fees, and balances. The department also issues demand notices for costs and collects fees.
Passport Services are also offered by the Operations Division. Applicants must fill out the passport application and have proper identification and proof of U.S. citizenship or nationality, including a valid birth certificate to receive a passport. Our office will verify all passport requirements and move the process forward.
